Over the years, Saddlebrook has operated as a family-owned business with a reputation for superior construction practices and luxurious finishes. Most of our team members have strong ties to this city, and our intimate knowledge of the local area is part of what enables us to select the best locations for our communities, build loyal trade relationships, and achieve high referral rates and repeat customers. We have built thousands of new homes in Knoxville within our thoughtfully designed communities, and we look forward to many more years serving as Knoxville’s trusted home builder.
