Founded in 2004 by brothers John and Ralph Cook, Cook Bros. Homes was born out of a shared dream—to build semi-custom homes that blend timeless craftsmanship with modern comfort, all grounded in the values of integrity, community, and care. With strong roots in East Tennessee, they saw an opportunity to offer something truly personal: homes tailored to each homeowner’s lifestyle, delivered through a transparent and supportive process.
